Had a lovely experience at this location today! The two ladies working were very sweet and gave me a great recommendation for a drink which was delicious! Very clean and quiet space to step away from the chaos of Time Square!
We had a caprese sandwich here. It was the best one I have ever had. The bread was so soft, and the filling was just perfect.
Jess’ and Ann’s service were lovely. the matcha is 10/10 and the shop has a calming atmosphere only downside is they don’t have a way to warm up their pastries.
Service was pretty bad. Five of us so was an order of food and drinks for each. Didn’t get all of the items together and the last drink came 40 mins after we ordered it. No acknowledgement or apology from staff. Food was cold and coffee was … not good. And of course, gave a tip during paying before receiving service.
Not once was getting Coffee here. So many people in the morning stopping by here ( btw that’s how I decided to check this place out) Despite so many customers, baristas do all those different coffees on time 🥹
