The staff, including Montana, Danny, Jessica, and Nikita, were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, making my visit feel personal and enjoyable. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a relaxing coffee break, this spot delivers quality and charm in equal measure. Next time I will take pictures!!!!

I do not know what the reviews are talking about, this place is very disappointing. The matcha lattes were so milky and unflavored, and my friends who got coffee said they didn’t like their drinks either. For being in the middle of Times Square, I expected better.
I love this place but unfortunately they charged me $5.75 for a Crossaint but sign says $3.75 . I went to the cashier and all I was told is they keep telling manager to change it. I dont think its cashier fault. But hey Mr/Mrs Manager please correct the price of your delicious crossaints for us wonderful customers who love coming here. Thank you.
A little slice of Oz here in NYC. The coffee is better than Starbucks but not quite Melbourne standard. The venue itself is great, excellent air-con and ample seating for those shopping breaks. Has great potential.
