Frankie was an attentive, efficient, friendly server. She made sure everything was to my liking and offered to adjust my food and coffee if not perfect. She also was able to keep her friendliness and conversations with me alive (I was a solo diner/coffee drinker) while immediately welcoming new customers in and attending to them. Steiner Cafe was some really flavorful breakfast items. Nothing was overly sweet, and was a decent portion. Had the Aussie Iced Latte with our breakfast and it had a nice flavor. The espresso was not too dark and the vanilla ice cream scoop added a creamyness to the drink. Great gluten free options, my wife had the bananda bread and it was one of the best banana breads I have tried.
The owner/manager is terrible as client care and with his employee speak to them like sh***
Usually when I come here I receive great service from a blonde girl shes very attentive but today i had a disappointing meal the guy wasnt extremely urgent in taking my order so I decided to just use the QR code and then when I got the plate the fries were slightly cold and when I ordered a over hard egg I got runny I just ate it to not waste food but was very disappointed
