One person working, so basically anticipate 5min wait for every person ahead of you...longer if ordering food. Lady was not very nice as other people had noticed. Better off going to Tatte

The coffee is some of the best in the area in my opinion. Regrettably, however, the staff has always been rude and often leave the shop unattended. Today, for example, I waited almost 10 minutes for the employee to return while a friend (?) sitting on the side of the booth told me she’d be back “soon”. Once she did return, she was proceeded to put a bandage on her finger while ringing me up then served me my coffee.

the people that work there are so rude and they made my coffee with oat milk which i am allergic to and i had specifically asked for almond milk. when i went back and said there might have been a mix-up since i had an allergic reaction, they argued with me that they remembered exactly what milk they used even though it was 4 hours ago. they lack basic customer service skills and respect for other people

Unfortunately, I’ve experienced very unfriendly service. The server seemed to be mad at me when I first came to the counter without saying anything. She said ‘your salad is not ready.’ But I just wanted to ask for utensils. Then the lady ignored my request for utensil at the counter so I asked twice, she said ‘I heard it’ in a very unfriendly way. Not to mention at the end the food was ready later than the promised time in App. The coffee/food was standard good but the service was not ok. Won’t visit again.
