I’m very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and always enjoyed their cappuccinos—until now. Hence, this updated review. I ordered my usual large cappuccino, and as I stood in the back watching it being made, I could tell from the way she was weirdly frothing the milk that it wasn’t going to be any good. ****PLEASE FIX THE AC***** RECURRING CUSTOMER FOR 6+ YEARS. THE AC HAS BEEN BROKEN ALL SUMMER!! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE FRYING LIKE THE EGGS THEY'RE COOKING. STAFF IS AMAZING, GREET ME BY NAME - PLEASE FIX THE AC SO THEY CAN BE COMFORTABLE.
how blue stone finds it humane to their employees to have a broken a/c for the last 4+ weeks in a NYC summer is insane!!!!
Excellent service and good matcha. However, the ac has been broken. I feel awful for the employees. I want to patronize the cafe but please do better by your people and fix the ac!
Today was the first time I've tried this place, and I don't think I'll be coming back. I ordered an iced coffee and the chicken club toastie. When I requested no onions on the toastie, I was told that "all the sandwiches are premade' so they couldn't be customized. Okay, that's fine. I asked for the chicken salad toastie instead.
