Tragically unAustralian. Bacon burnt to a crisp, wilted salad does not equal spinach, cold toast and cold eggs. How far their standard has fallen. Was polite enough to refund and receive the feedback.

You have some TERRIBLE employees working at this location. There was a male employee who was making lattes when I stepped up to the counter to order. He clearly saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes while he and his female coworker were just walking around acting like I wasn’t standing there waiting to be helped.
