Great customer service and took care of us tourists. They were so nice!
Wanted to share my recent experience, which left me quite disappointed. I ordered an Iced Milo—something I get regularly—but this time, I received what was clearly just a regular cup of coffee. When I pointed this out to the staff member, he responded, “I’m out of ice cream so this is the best I can do.” Not only was there no ice cream, but there was no Milo in the cup at all. Coffee and service, not on par with what we expected from Bluestone, and we only ordered drip and 2 pastries. You’ll need to time your visit, because if one person is on break, then they won’t make and food items that require prep work. The music was pretty loud here too.
There were some really hard objects in my smoothie. Almost felt like rocks in my mouth. Had to take them out with most sips of the smoothie. I was desperately hungry and too busy to go back to for a new one. Smoothie was not even filled to the brim.
Disappointing. Small portions. Too much salt. No cutlery. Slow.
