Made an appointment via email, but the front desk never confirmed it or responded to my question. Instead, they simply ignored the email, which resulted in me being stood up for an appointment I had cleared my schedule to attend. For a counseling service, this level of communication and lack of follow-through is especially inappropriate, as clients are trusting the office with their time and well-being. Money is more important than you. I had a family emergency and missed an appointment, but was charged anyway. Zero sensitivity for people. This was the first appointment I had missed. The counselor was nasty and had no compassion.
I've had nothing but positive experiences w/ their counselors. I can't speak to the office or billing, I've had no interaction. I can speak on my counselor. She genuinely cares & listens, is patient & understanding. We work at my pace, on topics I choose. It squashed any misgivings or fears, going into it. As one of my biggest supports, it's helped me change my outlook & opinions of myself. See the sunshine & possibility. To think about my future and to know I have one!
