Money is more important than you. I had a family emergency and missed an appointment, but was charged anyway. Zero sensitivity for people. This was the first appointment I had missed. The counselor was nasty and had no compassion.
I've had nothing but positive experiences w/ their counselors. I can't speak to the office or billing, I've had no interaction. I can speak on my counselor. She genuinely cares & listens, is patient & understanding. We work at my pace, on topics I choose. It squashed any misgivings or fears, going into it.
