This people are terrible greedy you name it poor management
I was calling to ask questions about my apartment complex and the rep I was speaking to PURPOSELY hung up on me when I asked her if I could speak with the owner. Very unprofessional.
Called to talk to someone in their managment company regarding my apartment complex and they have no one that can help you address bigger unresolved issues as tenant in a property they own. The individual that answered the phone was not helpful and continued to state that only person to resolve my issue was the manager on site. I'm 7 months pregnant in a very hot apartment that has not had the A/C fixed for almost a week now. Beware of any complex under this property managment.
I've been with Bluestone going on 5 years now, I would have to say, one of the Best Mgmt company to work for. Always willing to go that extra mile for their employees and tenants! We work as a team daily! Very professional and they appreciate you! Thank you Bluestone 💙💙
