Terrible plan, no way to login to my account to check 401k balance. Very hard to get hold of customer services. Do not recommend this service
Unfortunately, very poor customer service. Phone agents tend to be rude, and dismissive. Telling me "well, it's obvious" when I ask a question. Extremely disappointing - that's the type of poor customer service I'd expect from a fast food joint, not the "professional" organization handling my retirement funds.
