Terrible! The administration is so disorganized requesting the same documents and referrals over and over. Even when handed the documents, they claim the very same document must be faxed over from the Dr office. Printed insurance referrals with claim number is not good enough. The administrators claim they must call the insurance and get verbal approval. Not speaking on the service they provide but from an employee perspective. Or I should say "future" employee. I did a phone interview with them a week prior to being asked to go in for an in person working interview. The manager emailed me 1 HOUR before the interview (that I was suppose to arrive 10 mins before) saying the position has been filled. Mind you I was coming from East Phoenix and had already arrived and didnt see that message until parking. This level of unprofessionalism speaks loudly and I'm convinced I dodged ... read more
