They need to have better management of their staff. Not always let client end up without any RBTs. And notice their client at the last minute
So when I wanted to talk to my son’s day time RBT about a few things and to ask if she was having trouble working with him because I heard someone using a harsh tone with him she caught an attitude and walked away. My son began ABA therapy one month before he turned 2 years old. He was an eloper, had a hard time expressing his needs, and had a difficult time interacting with peers. Within a month, he gained so many new valuable skills that he still uses to this day. We transitioned from Center-based to home-based after a few months and he continued to learn so many new things. Very patient staff. Already seeing progress with my child's goals.
Although my son has graduated out of ABA, I cannot thank the ABA therapy team enough for the incredible impact they have had on my son. Since starting, I have seen so much growth in him—not only in his communication and independence, but also in his confidence.
