My parents rented an incredibly overpriced, house in hot springs Arkansas from this place. My brothers and myself with our families stayed there as well. This place charged like $200 a day to heat the pool?? Like how is that not included and the pool is small? The rules were ridiculous. I was afraid of accidentally walking outside with a plastic cup or my parents wouldn't get their 2k deposit back. We rented the Marlin House on Lake Hamilton, Hot Springs for the weekend. We payed the $2000 deposit, took great care of the property, and was told our deposit would be returned. However, it was very difficult to actually get the money returned. We struggled to get messages returned as well as no phone call was returned and eventually had to file a claim with our credit card. It seems like a potential scam this company runs hoping guest do not notice that the deposit does not actually get credited back.
