Called and got immediate attitude from the customer service rep when trying to set up an appointment as a new patient. I'm truly sorry when I called and specified I was calling to set up an appointment as a new patient to see a psychiatrist that I was not clearer in that I was a new patient to bluesky specifically... But raising tone and getting into a defensive attitude when someone doesn't answer your question the exact way you want them to is no way to react to someone seeking psychiatric care.
