This is a great place to live. Maintenance is prompt & does a great job, the pool & hot tub are nice. It's a safe area. I am giving three stars because advertised is a modern & spacious gym. The gym is large enough for 1or 2 people to workout at one time & also serves as the Amazon locker drop off/pick up. The equipment is in need of repair. Since moving in two years ago the cable machine has been broken & medicine balls ripped open. There is also an issue with keeping the floor clean & making sure there are wipes to clean t... read more

I have lived here for two years & I can say that the maintenance here is fantastic! Always on top of it. I am leaving 3 stars because in the last two years: 1. The cable machine has not worked. 2. The medicine balls are ripped open. 3. Typically, no sanitary wipes in the dispenser.
DO NOT RENT HERE. This apartment complex is HORRIBLY MISMANAGED. My friend’s unit was partially burned in a complex fire (through no fault of her own), and instead of helping, property management tried to tack on extra fees when she understandably didn’t want to just stay in another unit in the same complex. Then things got worse. After management installed a “temporary” door with a pin code lock, someone with access to that door code entered her apartment and stole her belongings — the same belongings she was waiting for th... read more
