I had a wonderful experience living at Bluesky Landing Apartments! The community is clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable place to call home. From day one, everything felt organized and professionally managed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The maintenance guys immediately took care of a problem with my smoke detector! Good stuff.
Bluesky Landing is not perfect. It is aging a bit and has a poor excuse for a gym. However, it is reasonably priced and the location is decent. The views of the city are great and it's not too difficult to get to either downtown denver or the hiking trails on green mountain. Experience moving in and out was typical.
Overpriced and outdated apartments (hello popcorn ceilings). The monthly fees are outrageous.
This is a great place to live. Maintenance is prompt & does a great job, the pool & hot tub are nice. It's a safe area. I am giving three stars because advertised is a modern & spacious gym. The gym is large enough for 1or 2 people to workout at one time & also serves as the Amazon locker drop off/pick up. The equipment is in need of repair.
