Why does the leasing office never open punctually? You don’t have a plan b for Amazon packages. We have to wait for an unpunctual person to arrive and open the door for us.
Property is clean, well maintained, managed very well & safe. The pool, hot tub, pet spa, gym & grill patio are all added bonuses. Definitely check this place out if you’re planning on moving. I recommend it to all my friends who say they want to move to Denver. Update: renewed my lease for another year because this place rocks.
Great place to stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Maintenance team was also very responsive but didn't need them a whole lot. Pool, hotub and work our area was always very clean!
I've been living here for 6 months and can highly recommend this apartment complex. Apt living isn't always great but this company manages the propert in a great way in my opinion. Grant and Quintin, the maintenance guys, have been immensely helpful and kind. They have been so on point with my personal requests but also their maintenance of the property as a whole. After living here for a few months I have to say that this property is exceptionally maintained, safe, and clean. Sure it is slightly dated, but, for some of the most affordable rent in the Denver metro, you get your monies worth and then some. Super friendly AND helpful maintenance you can just tell The management really cares about their property and it really does show.
