I helped mom manage her time at Bluesky Landing. The management team was excellent with my mom. They treated her like family. She really enjoyed her time there. Many thanks for taking care of her!

Finishing up a year's lease with Blue Sky this week. The location is great, being right next to Green Mountain. I've also felt very safe, and haven't had any concerns with theft or crime. However, there are cons. We've had mice, cockroaches and bee issues inside the apartment pretty consistently. The roaches come up from the sink despite us putting vinegar down the drains frequently. The mice come in through the dryer vent apparently, and there's nothing they can do about that? Same thing with the bees. The maintenance team ... read more
Great maintenance staff, they were quick to respond to me when something was needed. The apartments are nice so it was a good place to live. However, management practices and the lease agreement is very in favor of management and doesn’t give any rights to the people living there. —Predatory management practices— Just two examples: I was asked to leave my apartment 4 times with little notice so they could send pest control to spray dangerous chemicals in all my cupboards. They had cockroach reports in other apartments in the... read more
Why does the leasing office never open punctually? You don’t have a plan b for Amazon packages. We have to wait for an unpunctual person to arrive and open the door for us.
