Tried to make an appointment to see the land at Lake James. Two different people gave us a hard time about it. First, they couldn’t just set up an appointment for us via email. I realized later when I was finally able to call, they want to give you the hard sell already over the phone. We were coming from the Raleigh area hoping to find some land to put a vacation home on. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is. Pretty pictures, cheap prices, limited offering... no specifics on lots, financials, blueprints. Buyer beware!

When you get there the lot you are interested in will be sold. The appointments are bogus, they show everyone who is interested in the lots all of them at the same time and you have to decide on the spot. They don’t tell you that when you make the so called appointment.
