They dont care about you the renter or the property owner. There is a reason they have such a low rating already.
Illegally withheld my security deposit after a tenant was sexually harassing me on their property. Added trauma to a traumatic situation and had no legal right to claim almost 3k as a deposit. Tried to settle outside of court, will have to go through courts to resolve this because the level of unprofessional behavior is disturbing.
My experience with Blueshift real estate solutions has been a good one. When times got a little tough for me they worked with me while staying within the letter of the law too not violate any ethical codes or laws that could hurt them they were still able to afford me the time to get caught up on my past due rent. I mean who goes that distance for anybody today.a so much appreciated it also compelled me to get my house in a little better order so that this did not happen to me again.
