Went on Saturday for my 9 year old daughter.trainer put her in the ring and spared with her and she really enjoyed it and she caught on fast. She was embraced by the whole staff as well! I think I'll inquire for a membership for me as well I'm 47 male. I look forward to sparring with my daughter more myself once we learn more.i pray that I can keep her motivated to stick n move I'm sure it'll be good for her confidence.
Coach Dino is the best in my opinion he goes above and beyond to help out the community how I see it he works hard never gives up on training people this place is the best it is a place to call home . I love this place I would recommend everyone to come here! And you’ll see why it’s a place to call home hands up to coach Dino and Sara they are very caring people and nice people they care about our community and us people thank you guys so much for everything you do for us in the community
I highly recommend this establishment. The owners are very knowledgeable and caring they go above and beyond expectations to help out the families of the community. They go out of their way to ensure hundreds of families are taken care of for the holidays. Dino and Sara are absolutely fantastic people!
