Our mother's 90th birthday party was a success with Blues BBQ brisket and ribs on the menu. I was nervous because our family came from North Carolina where bbq is regularly eatten. While here everyone was quietly sucking the sauce off their fingers!!! In other words, these people know their BBQ and they LOVED it!! Kudos to Nicole Enos for all her hard work answering my endless questions before preparing the final quote.

Excellent brisket. Also, as a parent with a kid with lots of allergies, it was great they were very knowledgeable about milk, nut, soy and other allergen info. It made planning the family meal easy peasy. I highly recommend the fried pickles as well.
