I ordered a 2016 wetsuit from here and Fed Ex totally dropped the ball on delivery. As soon as I sent a status report request, Bruce replied same day with what happened, said the 2016 was lost and the last one. In exchange he upgraded me to the 2017 and had it shipped THAT DAY! Awesome service and fantastic solution-customer minded focus. Thanks! I can't wait to get on the water. :) (also, can't recommend Manera and f-one products enough. they are the absolute BEST)
