Tried to do more business with Bluerock, they do not know how to serve customers, ALL TALK, when it comes to customer service they fail.
Joined blue rock for their 2-3% savings. On 12th month prices jacked double of electric company. Could not get out until 3rd billing cycle which trapped me in their lies of savings and intentional price gouging. When I complained it took weeks for them to respond then it was eff you customer we can do what we want. Funny how no weather deemed crisis of late. Consumer crooks.
The customer service team is excellent- they are incredibly helpful and informative. I also appreciate the company taking the time to explain what has been going on with utility bills and this cold weather on a national level. Keep up the good work, BlueRock!
