has a good time and it helped there was a few bad fish but it's ok overall it's great place
This place is a joke my brother is currently in there and it’s only been 3 days it’s only supposed to be a 72 hour hold . They told him that the weekend doesn’t count but came to him on Monday and told him that if he didn’t sign himself in that the people from probate court would make him stay in there for a long period of time and put him on medication that he doesn’t need or for that matter know what it’s for they just keep saying it’s to help him sleep. A horrid place. I hope to never return. The staff are NOT coordinated. So many instances of nurses saying "That AINT YO ROOM DONT GO IN THERE" because they simply don't inform each other about each patient. They also loudly narrate what everyone is doing and laugh at patients as if it is a zoo. This place is garbage. I hated every second. We all did. Someone stole my glasses on the first day. My daughter is currently a patient at Blue Ridge Vista n Cincinnati, Ohio. I want to give a shout out to all of the caregivers! They have gone above n beyond the call of duty to assist their patients n anyway possible A special shout out to English, Tech/ housekeeping n laundry for all of her hard work n dedication! It's good to know their r still good caring ppl working n Healthcare! Great job Blue Ridge Vista!!!
Wish I'd read the reviews before decided to ask for someone to be placed here. You will never get a return phone call from a "clinician", nurse, or social worker. Probably anyone else either. They have a total disregard for the safety of others, and I can see them being on the news soon for being able to prevent something that was clearly foreseeable. Also, I'm pretty sure while I was on hold I heard the automated system say they are affiliated with Communicare. If they are it all makes sense why I had the bad experience.
