I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel it's important to speak up. The residents deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not like second-class citizens. Too often, their concerns are dismissed or brushed aside instead of being taken seriously. It's especially frustrating to see elderly residents ignored when they raise legitimate issues. Management would benefit from listening more carefully, communicating respectfully, and becoming better informed about the concerns being brought to them. The people who live ... read more
I have lived here a little over 5 years now. I love my apartment. I have great neighbors, not only in my apartment building but in all four apartment buildings. We do a lot of activities in our community room. From Chair yoga to bingo.
Lived here for neigh on 7 years now. Love my neighbors. I think some of the requirements are a little crazy but I guess you have to gave them to keep everyone happy. Still would recommend Blue Ridge Terrace to other folks.
