Throughout December and January they kept canceling and rescheduling my appointment while not refilling my prescriptions which had dangerousside effects if not tampered down. The dr wouldn't even check his messages of my request to refill my rx for a week. If this isnt malpractice idk what is. My last appointment was on a Tuesday early January they never called or texted to cancel when I got there the office was closed no one was answering the phones when I went to the back of the building I saw at leat 8 other cars and pass... read more
This is a scam
They don't answer their phones anymore. Very difficult to make appointments or refill prescriptions. I see a different PA everytime I go there. Never a doctor.
I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PHYSICAL WHICH I HAD TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK IN ADVANCE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND CANCEL. WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE ALL LIGHTS WERE OFF CALLED EVERY LOCATION AND NO ONE ANSWERED... SO, DISGUSTING HOW THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LET PATIENTS KNOW OF THE SITUATION WHETHER THEY ARE NOW PERM CLOSED OR OUT OF BUSINESS LIKE THEIR BAYSHORE LOCATION. JUST LEFT EVERYONE OUT IN THE COLD.... SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
