This title company doesn’t respect what is on the contracts and will go off of their client’s word on what is suppose to be on a HUD. I’ve been doing real estate for 15 years and never had a job been so complicated because of the title company
I wish I could give zero stars. They took my money at closing and paid off someone’s water bills from a decade ago before I had originally purchased the home. Then instead of admitting that it was wrong and that it was paid in error they made me eat the 1400 dollars which is horrible given the state of the current economy and me having a family with several kids.
