Absolutely the worst customer service from the receptionist - your entire role is to connect the inquirers to the solution and you won’t help with that - absolutely terrible service No I did not ask to call the PM I asked for an email address or a name to address and she said that is not something she would give
My strata council has been using this company for a while now and while the agents are often friendly and helpful when you have an urgent request they are completely unhelpful. We've had some issues with vermin where it has taken a long time for it to be dealt with. The most recent is wasps coming into our home through bathroom vents that vent to the outside. David and Blueprint have been our property managers for a few years now and I am happy to report they have been exceptional in their assistance to the strata council and owners in running our small 18 unit strata, despite some challenging situations. I cannot recommend them enough and I am a 30+ year realtor who has dealt with many property management companies. They are at the top of the list!
My strata recently switched to Blueprint (Fall 2023) and unfortunately an ongoing issue with our unit got lost in the shuffle (it happens). When I reached out to the agent overseeing our complex I had trouble getting an email response from him. I eventually phoned and had a conversation that seemed to have been productive.
