David is one of the most respected agents in this industry. He consistently follows the BC Property Act, and I can confidently say he is exceptionally honest and professional. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, he is also a CPA with extensive accounting knowledge, which further elevates his expertise and reputation in the field.
I have nothing positive to say about this property management company. Interestingly, this highly regarded firm has only ten reviews in 9 years, all five stars. I also noticed that one reviewer for Blue Print Strata has written twelve five-star reviews. Did Blue Print Strata reciprocate with a five-star review for them? Additionally, in one of the reviews, the property manager from Blue Print Strata used the customer's full name, even though the reviewer only used the initials "AV." Doesn't that seem odd? Absolutely the worst customer service from the receptionist - your entire role is to connect the inquirers to the solution and you won’t help with that - absolutely terrible service No I did not ask to call the PM I asked for an email address or a name to address and she said that is not something she would give
