Lebba is the most unprofessional person we've dealt with and uses intimidating emails and threatening letters to try and get his way. His conduct has been reported to relevant authorities including police as he is deceitful, dishonest and abusive.
Terrible experience renting a property through this agency. The agent could not distinguish between utilities and fixtures and even lied to my face. All I expected was compliance with the terms of the contract. This matter could have been resolved easily, but instead, the agent has dragged me into a corner and left me no choice but to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. This has been the worst service I have experienced with any agency — both as a landlord and as a tenant.
