Billing is very disorganized, they cash payments but don't credit them to the account, poor communication, etc.
Awful. Required a fax number for Dr. Akindele Majekodunmi. Called left messages that were never responded to. Called and connected with parties that transferred me to people that don’t work for the company and/or voicemail boxes that could not accept messages because they were full. Incompetent and indifferent to the needs of my loved one.
