I would have anyone that works with John to make sure your subcontractors are paid. I am one of them that was not paid in-full for work done and he does not return phone calls. Make sure you get lien releases. He will not return phone calls
Horrible company to deal with. The owner is a scam artist. He never paid his subcontractors, which are now coming after me to get paid. I’d rather have my roof leak, than have this company do any work for me again.
John the owner did the entire build out of my new workshop building in Northeast, and he did a great job!!! I had couple of other constructors come in to give me a bid, but none of them were as thorough and more straight up as John. I had a budget for the build out and was so worried I was going to blow up my budget, but John was kind and very honest on suggesting more cost-efficient ideas to build my workshop the way I wanted without going over my budget. Blueprint did a wonderful job on three properties for me just last Fall. What we appreciated the most was the hands on approach by owner John Barlow. He was always making sure the crew was paying close attention to every detail. Having him on site so much made for a better finished product and he addressed any concerns immediately.
