This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal. The man answering the phone hung up on my husband bc he couldn’t understand his thick accent. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he refused to put them on or give me any contact info. They requested my husbands info via email, he sent it, and that’s it there’s been no further contact and they refuse to even see if it’s there to just make an appointment. Contacted them by email because their site offer email as a contact and have not heard back from them. Been over week and still nothing. Even left my contact number and still nothing.
They gave me options where my doctors kept suggesting surgery. Surgery should be a last option. I already feel better and have more energy and hope for achieving better health.
