Dr Howard at this location was so sympathetic listened to us and asked questions of what was going on .as hard as it was to have Coco cross the rainbow bridge I'm glad she was the one We are appreciate her kindness During this difficult decision. 0/10 Unfortunately, our dog had an emergency situation and more unfortunately, BluePearl was the only emergency animal facility that was able to provide the services we needed. We didn’t get the news we had hoped for and ultimately made the decision it was in the best interest of our friend to put him down. I discussed the end-of-life options with the front desk. How they ever got a 3.6 rating is not believable.. They are the biggest crooks in the Vet hospital business. I took my beloved dog there on a Saturday Afternoon and he was put down on Sunday Afternoon leaving me with a three thousand dollar charge for limited services. Broken hearted and in shock at the enormous bill, I am ready to call my lawyer.
I took my dog to Blue Pearl in a panic while he was experiencing a seizure. Blue Pearl's ER team went right to work to stabilize him. From there, I received constant updates from Dr. Bragg on analysis, root cause, and treatment plans. Both Dr. Gardner and Dr. Bragg did a great job getting my dog into care plan to save his life. I'm only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 due to miscommunication regarding the billing. However, I promptly received a call from the financial coordinator to address my concerns. THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET TO!!!! Do anything else for you and your pet! The worst part is that the doctors might be great… but you’ll have to get through the RUDEST front desk clerk (long nails) to even reach the doctor! She is the most rude person ever and runs you off so she doesn’t have to deal with you & your pet.
Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is amazing. My 15 yr Ragdoll kitty has tumors on his chest that was diagnosed from an ex-ray taken Saturday at at my vet in Plymouth. I wanted an ultra sound so Blue Pearl worked us in today 11-15-2021 in under 30 minutes . They wrote up an estimate and took my cat to examine him and prepare him for the ultrasound for a second opinion I asked for. . BluePearl did 3 ultrasounds and an endo on my pup before finally diagnosing him with IBD. You consult internal med specialists for their expertise and partner with them throughout their findings. I was given a treatment plan, that ultimately ended up not working, as most times you’ll go through several treatment plans and adaptations before finding a plan that does provide relief. Stay away. 4 receptionists with SO MUCH ATTITUDE that don't give any darn about your animal. 4 hours to see a vet, begging them for an assessment so we won't die and they are chatting about so much nonsense and I can hear them making fun of the vets AND the people bringing their animals in right now!!!!
Don’t waste your time. For being open 24 hours it took 20 minutes for them to answer there phone. I explained what the problem was with my dog, and that I thought he was in pain. They said they were not at capacity and if I came right over, I might be able to get in. We we arrived we were told they were at capacity. But they could give me a list of veterinarians to call. I said we would wait in the parking lot and call back in 30 minutes. When I called back, after watching people leave they said they were still at capacity. ... read more
