The absolute worst experience. They quote me btwn 1900 and 3600 at the high end. The bill was almost 4700..they never asked or let me know ow it would go higher. The high end price was if she need a cardiologist and echocardiagram..which she didn't need. So how did my bill higher than the worst case scenario? Without the treatment the high end included..huge scam. My other pet went to another vet hospital and had cancer and the bill for that was less than half of this bill. That hospital was full and had to go to blue pearl.

I bought my pet for check up and was told he has a fever and he needs some fluids and medication and i agreed with it and then they started an iv and murdered him How can anybody in the medical profession to be a cold blooded killer

I brought my healthy and happy pet for check up and in blue perl they murdered him in cold blood. How can anybody in the vet clinic to be a cold blooded killer

Your pet could be dying and if they are "at capacity", they will not even examine your pet! I worked at an emergency vet and we never turned a sick pet away even when we were "at capacity". Blue Pearl needs to hire more staff or get their priorities straight if saving pet's lives are their true goal...

March 15 we took our puppy to Blue Pearl for an emergency. We were told he would need to stay overnight for observation. We could call anytime to check on his progress as he was touch and go when admitted. We checked on him once at night and the call first thing in the morning to check on him went unreturned (we were told we would get a call back after shift change). 2.5 hours later I called again to check and make sure he made it through the night. Dr. Fuller at Blue Pearl in Franklin saw our 15 year old dog at the Franklin location on an early weekend morning. He quickly determined that our boy had a spleenic tumor that had ruptured and he was bleeding out into his abdomen. Dr. Fuller was empathic, compassionate and fully explained the options we had. I took my Sheltie to Blue Pearl March 4, 2022, at approximately 7:00 in the evening because blood was showing up in her water dish. She was diagnosed and we were advised she had several serious complications. We could take her home for essentially hospice care. We decided against that option and wanted her to be interned at Rolling Hills pet cemetery. since we had 2 of our collies there. We were told there was no way they would be able to get her there. If you can,, go elsewhere. My animal was treated for cancer there. I was not happy with Craig Clifford's treatment plan. He became very dismissive, never returned phone calls and didn't give me animal the full attention he deserved. I spent a lot of money there, I felt. and he kind of could care less about our situation. Always go with your gut. If you go there, don't deal with him. Get someone else. there's more to the story but I didn't have a great experience with him.
