The stuf at blue perl is incompetent neglegent and unprofessional. Because of their neglegence my pet died and veterinarians have been laughing. I will never bring any of my pets to this clinic again.
The absolute worst experience. They quote me btwn 1900 and 3600 at the high end. The bill was almost 4700..they never asked or let me know ow it would go higher. The high end price was if she need a cardiologist and echocardiagram..which she didn't need. So how did my bill higher than the worst case scenario? Without the treatment the high end included..huge scam. My other pet went to another vet hospital and had cancer and the bill for that was less than half of this bill. That hospital was full and had to go to blue pearl.
I bought my pet for check up and was told he has a fever and he needs some fluids and medication and i agreed with it and then they started an iv and murdered him How can anybody in the medical profession to be a cold blooded killer

My dog is blind due to health issues. She saw Dr. Stine a little over a year ago. She was nice and appeared to be professional and well educated. Dr. Stine prescribed my dog eye drops. Every morning and evening my dog has received these eye drops religiously. Since she has been getting these eye drops her eyes have had zero inflammation. I was a very happy momma. Started out as a good experience- My dog had a tumor on her chest that was removed. Prior to operating was supposedly examined head to toe for any spread of cancer- results said she was clear. (Took 7 phone calls to get the pathology results!!!) 3 weeks after my dogs surgery, she collapsed. I took her back. They said she had a heart tumor. She was not able to be stabilized. From arguing with me that my phone number to contact me was wrong , that it was a number for blue cross and blue shield ... and the doctor in charge of her case insisting apon it ..I really should have taken her someplace else ... but she was too sick to move ....my cell phone number was correct ... she didn’t know how to use the phone system !
