We took our 17 year old cat in to be euthanized because he was very sick. The staff was so kind and considerate not only of our sadness, but of our cat's fragile state. They were so loving. I highly recommend BluePearl Emergency Animal Hospital.
I absolutely loved the staff and attending Vet. Very sweet and caring.
The staff here is caring and compassionate. Our trip there did not end well, when my baby was found to have late stages cancer... but the care she got off & on for the 2 days was excellent. I think a lot of people complain because they don't understand that this is an EMERGENCY clinic. They are staffed with professionals and do a lot of their diagnostics in-house. That way you get the answers right away.....
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and they wouldn't even help me with a very sick puppy that I had found they just sent me somewhere else.
We had to rush our poor Honey their last night and the staff and vets were terrific. They took such care of her and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much for all you do.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I have nothing nice/good to say about this place, and if I could give them negative stars I would. It was the only place open near me on a Sunday night and had no other options to go to get my dog to without him dying in the car. The staff is NOT knowledgeable, they do half ass work, and released my dog to me 6 hours after taking him. They never gave him an IV, never took xrays of his stomach. I had taken my very first dog, adopted at 8 weeks old, here for an emergency a few years back at just over 14 years old. The staff was quick, polite, professional. The doctor informed me of everything and answered all of my concerns and options. The doctor was kind and the staff was patient. Even though they didn't show emotion, being in the animal welfare world, I can understand their perspective day in and day out. They sent me flowers the next day with kind words. I sent a thank you card to all of them in return.
Technicians, Vet and Surgeons took the time to explain what was going on with Bender. He was immediately taken back and treatment started once he was diagnosed. Surgeon was engaged quickly and he was in surgery before his condition could detereorate further. We know that he is lucky to be alive and if not the for the fine care both pre and post op we could have lost this gentle giant. Thank You everyone!
Thank you to the staff at EAC. I brought my sweet pitbull boy Nigel into the clinic this morning at around 3am. He was stressed, panting and showing signs of small seizures. Dr. diagnosed him as possible Bufo Toad exposure. His mouth was thoroughly washed out and he was observed for the next 30 minutes. His symptoms subsided, and now he seems fine. The staff was efficient, professional and very pleasant.
