We brought our dog in on Friday night with a major cut on her arm, before we could finish explaining what happened, a nice gentleman came out, asked who we brought in to get seen and took her back right away to get looked at. There are signs saying to be patient while our animal is being checked on and that staff may not be available from time to time, so we were. I will never bring my pet to this location, probably even this company again. I was put through a lot the last 36 hours when my puppy was injured. I am happy I couldn't afford this place because I would have paid for something completely unnecessary. I was told that he had a cut in his mouth that may be connected to a wound under his mouth which would require a $860+ surgery, placing a drain, etc, on top of the $250 I already paid to have him looked at. I was very impressed with the work done at BluePearl. My puppy had her leg ripped open by something at 4am so I took her here! They checked her out, gave her some meds, and bandaged her up. The doctor explained how it looked and that it's not a true emergency so she left me with the choice to possibly take her to our normal vet, in order to save me money. It saved me about a grand and I knew the doctors and techs at BluePearl made sure my baby was safe to wait a couple hours for surgery at her vet. Thank you guys for that! T... read more
Everyone at this facility was amazing. They kept us up to date with everything going on with our pet. If I had another emergency, this is the place I would go.
I personally only liked the doctor. ...the rest of the staff was rude and had absolutely no personality and no care in the world so why work there?
I had talked with this facility on the phone before they changed names and was not impressed with them and actually went elsewhere because of their attitude on the phone. However, I noticed my dogs face was swollen and upon inspection found she had been bitten by a rattle shake. I was hesitant about going here, but Knowing time wasn't on her side they were the closest. When I arrived I noticed it was a different name. I told the staff what happens and they rushed her back.
