We took our Jack Russell, Scooter in because he was having seizures. This just happened to be a crazy night where lots of family pet owners had medical emergencies with their family members. The staff was very kind, and the Doctor was extremely thorough with the explanation of his diagnosis. Unfortunately, my dog became very ill and her health declined rapidly last night. Our regular vet already had an emergency to tend to and sent us to BluePearl. I found each and every staff member that I came into contact with at BluePearl showed kindness and empathathy towards me. Upon arrival, my dog was almost immediately taken back to be examined. Staff was great, they attended the emergency at hand quickly and explain everything I needed to know.
We are down to one kitten. Our baby Archer suffered for an extra day due to either this hospital's greed, incompetence or both.
Do not go here. I took my dog who was throwing up and had blood in his stool. They charged us 690 up front, and that included no treatment what so ever or meds. We had to pay $55 more for fluids. They did nothing. This place is a total scam.
I am so thankful for everyone at this office. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, not to mention their quick efforts saved our puppy. Thank you BluePearl!
I felt the doc and staff were very committed to taking care of our little dog. They were very thorough and kind. There was a lot of waiting around but it was worth the care.
Took my daughters cat Fatty Patty here after she decided to play with a fishing lure.. they got her in and out of surgery quick and the cost was more than we wanted to spend but it was worth every penny to see how happy my little girl was to have her kitty back � Needless to say no more fishing poles in the house. �
