I took my Bassett there because he had blood in his stool..This was obviously not a concern, paid $105 for them to check his vitals aka heartbeat, gums, and ears..Sat in waiting room for 1 1/2hrs for that.. Took him to another vet, got thorough checkup , antibiotics, fluids for $205... Glad someone cared...

Horrible experience. Took my kitten there yesterday 10/28 for a lump on her left underarm. They took her back got her vitals, then called me back gave me my kitten and i waited for the Dr. About 5 minutes later she came in and told me she already got a chance to look at her that her vitals were stable and she was going to send her secretary in with a couple of options for me to choose from pricing wise. Considering that we visited for an emergency, the customer service was exceptional. The techs and vet we dealt with were incredibly compassionate and it's clear that they care about both the animals and the people in their care. I don't hope that we'd have to visit again, but I truly recommend them.

I took my dog in this morning for an emergency. Stephanie was the technician. I have never met anyone in this industry who looked like she hated her job and the animals she worked with. She should never be allowed to treat animals in this or any industry. The Dr was great. Please get this terrible personality out of your business. I will not return nor will I trust her with my dog.

I am in shock of how we were treated and the monies they wanted to keep my dog for another night after already spending $1200. They wanted another 1200 to just keep him for another night on iv fluids and antibiotics when we could bit afford it they rudely discharged him and the test results are not even going to be back for up to 5 days. So by the time those are back who knows what will be going on. I am extremely disappointed in the assistance received to even answer questions let alone care. I will never go back.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. It is costly but the care is beyond amazing. My kitty was treated there for her little emergency. They advised that there was probably a bigger issue. The primary vet follow up proved them correct. The next week my kitty had a sleepover at BluePearl for three days for her 24 hr treatments. Every single person I spoke to there was completely incredible. I limited myself to three visits and two phone calls a day but I’m sure they would not have minded more. This emergency vet was compassionate and helpful through the entire process of our cat's health emergency. The office was busy on a Friday night, but they offered cleaning supplies for my car, water, snacks for my diabetic husband. They even made sure that I could see my cat before I left her overnight.
