Recommendedthis is the second time we've had an emergency with a pet, they are very carrying and professional. I would highly recommend them.
The staff and Dr’s were all really nice! Took awhile but it is an emergency clinic.
We took our dog there as she was projectile vomiting and they only did an x-ray no lab work. Then sent home. A day later she was puking and pooping blood. Took her back to another ER vet and found her to have a HIGH WBC count and was rushed to emergency surgery. They told us she was in critical condition. Would labs have changed the outcome, maybe not. It would have been nice to have a set of baseline labs and seen if the WBC was high before it got to that point
Very happy that they are open 24/7 I'm not sure my pup would've made it till morning for the regular vet. They were very kind, explained everything and gave me more then 1 treatment option. However just like a human trip to the emergency room its extremely expensive. Unlike human emergency rooms tho if you can't pay in full before treatment your fur baby won't get any type of help.
Takes forever to get into see the vet
The whole staff was friendly and compassionate from the girl behind the desk (so sorry I didn’t get her name) to the person who took our dog back and took such good care of her. They did an awesome thing — got us in and out in about 30 minutes and didn’t charge us a dime. They were terrific. Felt really good that we brought our dog here.
This year these great group of caring people have saved my dogs life and fixed the little bumps in road we’ve had this year!!
This place cared more about money then my sick pup. If it wasn’t for the holidays I would not of brought him here. They threw away all my puppies blankets I brought with him. When I had to put him down, they wanted me sign paperwork before I even got to see my baby. I wanted to know for sure I was making the right decision and they just wanted me to pay for a euthanasia package before I even got to see the status of my pup.
