All the staff there are very kind and help you feel more comfortable. The doctor Vets are very knowledgeable, take time to give full details with your pets issues and they also give a comfortable feeling. They suggested I could go to Tanasbourne Urgent Care that costs less. Took my cat there and was not a comfortable feel, receptionist nice but not like Blue Pearl, vet not cozy, seemed bit of an attitude. Much prefer Blue Pearl!! Thank you Blue Pearl!
Sunny has been to BluePearl Hollywood twice this year, both times for very serious medical problems. From our first check in at the front desk to our most recent discharge, all of the staff have been amazing! Not only do they provide superb medical care, but the staff are also supportive and friendly. Thanks for your dedication to our 4 legged family members!
The staff were compassionate and kind and explained things well during our emergency visit for our beloved cat.
This place was great and the staff at the front desk was so friendly. We arrived around 10pm and had to wait due to emergencies that came in after us. The nice lady kept us informed on what was going on when our dog would be seen. She also provided us with some snacks to keep our energy level up being as we were there though the night.
