Extremely long wait between checkin and getting to see vet. Even longer to get an estimate for their recommendation. We eventually just left and took our dog to the regular vet in the morning. We figured if they weren't concerned enough to be moving faster she was probably okay. $150 for not much.

We appreciated the prompt care we received for our dog. The building was clean and the staff were kind. My only issue was that after paying so much for an emergency surgery for our dog’s eye we were told removing her sutures wasn’t included and that we would have to go to another vet for that removal which means additional costs. That was disappointing, I felt like it should have been included in the costs associated with surgery since suture removal obviously has to occur.

it was a 6 hour wait, 3 hours to do vitals and 2 hours for the procedure that didn’t need to be that long

My dog was unexpectedly and suddenly in a lot of pain. I rushed her at 7am on a Sunday to be first in the door and she was checked in and in the back very quickly. They eased her pain before they started doing all the tests to make sure she was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. Sadly they discovered my dog had advanced cancer. Instead of ordering more tests they sat with me and talked me through their thoughts and my opinions. They were very kind and sensitive.
