Blue Pearl is amazing. Are they going to cost a bit more? Yes. They are there 24 hours a day and 7 days a week just like a human ER. Being in medical billing for years a human ER will also cost you more. Blue Pearl has helped us through the loss of members of our family. They have helped in extreme traumatic cases. Recently they helped my best buddy. He got fast care on a triage basis, which also happens in human ERs. The doctor was thorough. Our beloved 10 year old Lab Husky mix was euthanized early Easter morning due to severe gastric distress including possible stomach cancer and massive stomach bloat.   I called the hospital at 5 am and they were courteous and informative about the emergency euthanasia process and the quickest way of getting our sad task accomplished.  The lady staffing the front desk was super nice and Nora who completed the procedure was professional, competent and empathetic to the distress we were feeling.  Our sweet girl Sadie passed pai... read more

I arrived with a very sick and aged dog. After waiting 2 hours, I was told my dog was NOT critical and we wouldn’t be seen for 4-1/2 to 6 hours. It was almost 10:00 PM and we were very upset. I took my dog home and sat with her all night while she was ill with vomiting & diarrhea and yelping in pain. Early the next morning we went to another Animal Emergency Center. We had to take our little 14 year old miniature schnauzer, Zoe, here due to problems breathing. The staff was very friendly, professional and thorough from check in to check out. The vet nurse who admitted us listened to the concerns and history, took good notes and explained the initial evaluation process. Dr Fong is a NIGHTMARE. No other words. Disrespectful. Didn't know how to communicate when in a HARD situation with my animal. NEVER heard ANY VET EVER SPEAK to way she did today. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO CONROE. BASED on her presentation and customer service alone, absolute disgrace. Never come across a more cold, arrogant, RUDE "doctor". I will let every single social media outlet I have know about this doctors LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, care, and LACK OF EMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING. This will spread FAR.

On July 29, 2022 my dog Sparkle suddenly began to limp and hop on her back left leg. She seemed to be in some serious pain. Her leg began to shake, which caused me to become more concern and upset for her. I knew in my heart I had to take her right away to the pet hospital. AMANDA is truly amazing! My dog, Rose, is not people friendly as she’s very very protective. We love her enough to recognize that this is just a part of her personality and so did Amanda. They bonded immediately and she took Rose under her wing and Rose just loved her from the start. We were able to get her exam done without sedation or any issues.
