At a facility caring for ill, you'd think people have empathy. NO. I CARRIED MY BABY, HURT BADLY AND WAS ESCORTED. I think offering support means you offer solutions. I couldn't prepay $900 - nobody offered any other options - not even to put him out of pain...JUST TO ESCORT ME. Do you see the problem in that? When I sat the box on my car, he jumped out...busted legs and jaw, bloodied. Yes, some kind people tried but he hid. So many bushes and trees there. We searched in the heat. He's there - it's a few days so surely he's ... read more

Probably the absolute worst customer service I have ever had, in anything, in my life. Beyond horrible. We have a Shih tzu with Cushings disease and significant weight loss . Our regular vet advised us today, on a Sunday, to go to Blue Pearl in Atlanta as they were the best and had vet specialists available. We arrived at the Howel Mill location at 6:10 p.m. The initial front desk persons was friendly and professional. After about 30 minutes we were placed in a room and told the vet would be in shortly. So began the... read more

THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET TO!!!! Do anything else for you and your pet! The worst part is that the doctors might be great… but you’ll have to get through the RUDEST front desk clerk (long nails) to even reach the doctor! She is the most rude person ever and runs you off so she doesn’t have to deal with you & your pet.

Stay away. 4 receptionists with SO MUCH ATTITUDE that don't give any darn about your animal. 4 hours to see a vet, begging them for an assessment so we won't die and they are chatting about so much nonsense and I can hear them making fun of the vets AND the people bringing their animals in right now!!!!

DO NOT take your pets here. Don't be fooled by the fancy clinics. We have had 3 horrible experiences in Northfield, IL resulting in us taking our pets elsewhere. Missed diagnoses, inappropriate treatment, vets seemed unsure and inexperienced, MULTIPLE unanswered emails regarding our request for refunds and to reimburse for $800 of damaged rugs because our dog's wound was not appropriately dressed and there was blood and pus all over our house. This was not 1 but 3 bad experiences on top of having heard bad things from oth... read more

My cat went for an I 131 treatment and had to board for 3 nights. She is on medication for a chronic condition and developed a new condition prior to her visit. The staff was informed of her medical history and medication routine. Her recent records were sent to the hospital as well. After picking her up, I learned she had not been given any of her medication. Once this was discovered, I was not given a reason why and she came home in worse condition than when I left her. I left 2 phone messages and sent 2 emails asking for ... read more

I want to give the Staff from check in to check out 5 STARS! But the Dr Care and concern and knowledge 2 Stars, I drove 1 1/2 to go to this place that has came highly recommended. My little dog was really sick and I was looking for help and answers. The asst. that took me back was far more concerned and comforting than the Dr was. She came in with the attitude of I don't know and if she told me once she told me 20 times when I ask questions …I don't know it not my specialty. Well I wanted to say Please go get another Dr that... read more
