I have been a long-time customer of Blue Mond Graphics. Each year we order our calendars from them. Ever since Julie left the customer service has suffered drastically. I was shocked to see all the additional charges added to our invoice. These are charges that were NOT explained to me on the telephone when I placed the order. Highly unprofessional.
