RecommendedWe had two moving trucks and 4 guys and they were very personable and professional and got our solid wood heavy furniture moved with ease!!! We also had a ton of packed boxes in the basement along with a circuit weight system that they had to bring upstairs which was very heavy and challenging!! But they got every piece moved smoothly!! Great job!!💕
They did come and gotten my family all moved out of the old place and into the new place. My only grip was that the younger worker left a box of frozen food on the love seat and we didn't discover it until 3 day later!! We had to toss the food out, it was all thawed out!!! Very disappointing!!!
These guys showed up in this crappy weather today and have the best attitudes! Making what could be a super stressful day not so bad!!
The gentlemen are still moving/unloading as I type, but I'm staying out of their way so I decided to review before I forget. Hope I don't have to change this! So far, I'm very pleased with this crew. Very professional, polite... and man are they HARD WORKERS in this heat! They never stop moving, and are like Supermen!! I have mixed feelings. The actual movers were definitely there to help us. I wish they would have told us they were a guy short right away in the morning instead of simply showing up with only three guys 45 minutes late. One of the movers told off our new buyer's mother in law. Although I agree the woman was extremely belligerent and yelling at him, we were the ones that were supposed to be out of the house an hour ago and his comment added fuel to my already very angry buyers' fire.
I will NEVER use Bluemound Express again. Their behavior and quality of service was LESS than I'd expect hiring someone off of CraigsList. One of the movers told me he hates his job (not what you want to hear when he's handling your personal possessions). The 3 movers were bickering much of the time. One move had a bad attitude and would get visibly pissed off any time I said that something had to go downstairs to the basement. One of them peed on my bathroom floor. They overcharged and left so many boxes and lamps behind it took me another day and a half to finish! ��� Next time I'm going with someone else!
