I've been to 2 other small animal vets before, and one didn't even touch the rat to see what was wrong, and the other didnt sound too sure about anything dealing with a rat, so having Dr. Wertz who handled the rat gently and had a lot of knowledge was great! I am so happy and I found my new vet!
Dr Wertz is the best Vet we have ever had for our pets. Very patient and caring.
