There was no service. Our bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. The location was the best part.
Had a very bad experience staying here. This hotel charges parking and breakfast separate. These should be included in the room price like every other hotel. Also, the room service did not make the bed.
I think the Bluemont is the best hotel in Manhattan. Admittedly, my interactions with some of the front desk personnel haven't been the best - typically when I'm coming in during the midnight shift - but honestly, the lounge staff makes up for it. You know the line from Piano Man, about John at the bar? Real life, that dudes name is Julian.
