I reserved three rooms through Expedia for a two night stay. I was billed through Expedia and charged $270 more than my final bill given by Bluemont Hotel. I have repeatedly tried to contact Expedia and Bluemont Hotel to get some resolution to the discrepancy in the two receipts and neither will work with me. This is unacceptable and I encourage anyone to look elsewhere when they need a hotel or a travel website. Expedia and Bluemont are terrible companies for customer service. Do better! We were only in for the night, but staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was a great deal!
A small collage town feel with a lot of foot traffic outside along with cars up and down the road all hours of the night. Great staff, very clean hotel, easy parking access, good location for local amenities for this town, spacious room and nice set up!
