Had a wonderful experience with Jenny. She helped shade match Victoria Beckham foundation drops and concealer for my mom. I’m usually very particular and initially wanted to find the right match for my mom myself but found Jenny to be incredibly warm and kind in the process. I popped in on a Friday night looking for a specific product. Jenny was friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful shop and I ended up discovering a new and delicious fragrance by Bo perfume.
Wow, what an amazing experience. My first time in, never new about this brand. I stopped in to buy some of my regular face wash and they did not have the size/format that I wanted. The associate quickly offered me several tester size containers instead. It’s the best way to build a brand reputation - provide service and product without expecting a sale. I will shop here on my next visit.
