Every time I come in here, I am so disappointed. It literally feels like that scene in Pretty Woman I guess I look like someone who doesn’t have money to spend because this has happened 3 different times to me now in this same store. I went into BM on Black Friday and had THE BEST experience with David. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the entire line of skinceutical products and was able to give me a recommendation for a new nighttime anti-aging moisturizer. If you ever have any skin care needs go to BM at Halcyon and ask for David.
