I have been to this location several times to purchase my skincare. The last time I went it was very so-so. Today has made me want to leave a review because my experience was incredible. I wish I would have gotten her name but the woman with the beautiful long wavy hair took care of me and my family today. I went in and asked for a sample of a product I had been looking at, and she more than accommodated me. She was so warm and welcoming and kind. I had such a wonderful experience at Bluemercury! David was incredibly helpful and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He answered all my questions with patience and gave thoughtful recommendations that truly addressed what I was looking for. I left feeling confident, cared for, and excited about my purchases. Went in there today wearing a tshirt and jeans. The sales women automatically profiled me and told me that it is a high end brand. I started shopping around. The employee stopped me two more times to inform me of sales and clearances that where going on. The other couple there were never told this or referred to the clearance items. I believe I was told at least 4 times about different discounts and cheaper items on the shelf and which items were more expensive to avoid.
