Juliana was amazing! It was my first time ever at Bluemercury and I wasn't sure where to start. So many product choices. Was looking for a specific product and the gentleman in the store told me to go to west Hartford because they don’t carry it - drove to west Hartford and the girl was confused as to why he’d say that because they don’t carry it either. I also just attempted to come to this location and they are closed meanwhile the website hours say 6 and so do the hours posted on the store. Closing the store over 30 minutes early is unacceptable, I will not be back.
