As someone who has supported this company for years, I have found myself time and time again at an impasse with their customer service. The reoccurring issue seems to be concerns around theft that leave you as a paying customer to feel as if you are a suspect. When this first happened, I ignored it and empathized that perhaps there has been a lot of theft recently.
