I love this store!! I am a fancy (but functional) skin care addict. (As you should be) I came in looking for a gift for a friend and a new facewash for myself. I was particular about glass and no plastic (or very little) and Arturo was able to show me several different options. I told them I needed to research them and come back when I'd figured out which one to get and none of them batted an eye. Excellent staff and selection, peaceful environment with good selection of brands
I used to love this store and always had exceptional service on every visit, tonight… not so much. I did arrive just before closing (y’all close at 6pm most weeknights, wild??) and didn’t even realize it until I tried to open the door and it was locked. Mind you, it was not 6pm yet, is this the normal practice for this business?? There were 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. One (with very short hair) begrudgingly came to open the door for me. “Are you already closed”, I asked? “As long as you know what you want and ... read more
